i have sent this item overseas to a freind as a gift, however, my freind called me and told me that the viprator is not working. i lost money buying this product from you and additional money to send it overseas. i wish i have the item with me to send it back to you and get my money back. but i do not want to spend more money to get it shipped back to me again.
