Well I’m glad Corine’s stories got rejected, that was an awful thing to do and to do it to someone she was so intimate with makes it a far worse betrayal. Oh and I love Jane Austen novels, she writes so, so beautifully : P

My favorite is Persuasion. I LOVE Wentworth. “I can bear this no longer. You pierce my soul. I am half agony, half hope…”

Ahhh! I wish a man like that existed!

Sadly, there are quite a few story thieves out there who basically copy everything they hear into their writing and call it their own.

Jocelyn presents Emma, because she wants to set up Grigg with Sylvia. although her feeling changes, she doesn’t confess it and carries on with making the match, which depresses her

WTF she shared shameful moments with her, that takes a lot and it’s not something you should be telling to anyone else, not to mention write and publish! Confiding things you’ve done that you’re not proud of to someone is about the deepest trust you can place in a person.

I’m guessing the Pride and Prejudice reference was Grigg and Jocelyn. Jocelyn wasn’t really interested in Grigg when she first met him, and in the end they were together…I’m only guessing. I’m not totally sure.

It’s Corinne, and I totally agree with you! It’s like if someone found out your deepest darkest fear and making a video of you being with it… well, maybe thats a bit harsher but I think you get what I mean.

Coreen (don’t know if I spelled it right) shouldn’t have written about Allegra’s secrets. She could’ve at least asked permission, but putting Allegra’s business out there without even asking first, thats pretty messed up!

BUT HIS NAME IS NOT GREG. IT’S GRIGG!
he was named for his grandfather greggory (whose nickname was grigg)
that’s were his parents got that name.
READ THE BOOK! it’s amazing, the movie does it justice.
