For someone to open themselves up to a cause such as equality for a culture that is so discriminated against in the world is such a gift of love. We all have our tales of hardship due to our nature and choices. Some of us refer to them as our battle wounds, some our comming out story, and some our awakening. Crystal Chappel has created a venue that allows these stories to curriculate. What a gift! She has awaken the middle of the roaders and created a common ground!!!! WOW!

She is so good-looking. I HATE Carly Manning hahaha but I have to agree, Carly makes Days more interesting. I love Chappell as an actress, though.

So I consider myself lucky. I am out for my friends and besides my mom , everyone in the family knows i am a lesbian.Mom well she suspects and she amazed me by telling me that no matter what first i am her child. I may say I am lucky…and saying to those that fear “Do not fear to be who you are!” would sound silly because maybe inside their hearts they know who they are, but outside it’s a different reality…that needs to change radically!

I always had the impression that USA was more open minded than at least my country, Romania who is homophobic but when i hear stories like “I am afraid to come out because of what may happen to me on the streets” I feel so lucky that here at least in my country people would never ever get so far. Like beating so hard someone or killing …They would probably look at you weirdly and comment but if you comment back they never get abusive.

There’s to hoping, that a show can help people change the way they view the world.
Venice is more than just a Lesbian Web Series.
    It’s an effort.
I think I heart CC the most for not saying, I have gay friends, I know how it is, but saying, I am in this little world, and I am still ignorant.
    But I’m trying.
Gay or straight, I think, that goes for all of us in whatever degree.
    Inspiring.

Last week my friend was kicked out by her landlord cuz the landlord didnt like her dating girls, and yes, this happened in Sydney. People can be cruel and do stupid things because of ignorance and hatred. Thats why we need to learn how to love, to respect each other.
We love Crystal not only because her beauty, passion and excellent performance in daytime, more important, her big heart, her compassion and her persistence to show her support to LGBT community.Thank you Crystal and Kimmy!

I am so glad that i’m Canadian.Gays can legally marry here,i’ve never been in the closet i was openly gay in the 70’s & i can say that the friends i had then r still my friends today.I guess i was lucky and still am.Ppl that hate i feel sorry for because they lock themselves in a box & allow themselves to be led around by the nose by ppl who don’t have a clue what real love is.Love is unconditional in our world, they r so busy believing lies they can’t bring themselves 2 see the truth. Its so sad

In my country you can loose everything if you out yourself, from your job to your entire family and friends!.
It is so discriminating that some lower class places people can trow things at you and laugh or really hurt if they notice you are gay, in upper classes its “ignored” , its like a plague or like if u have a contagious desease, forget about getting a nice decent job!..Just so bad it makes you want to leave the country if you really want to live out and be yourself…

    Sad, really sad.

When I listen to this interview, it wants me to call my parents and say thank you for loving me unconditionally as a gay woman. And say thank you to my work for accepting me, since I work at a hotel and talk to the GM (the head of the hotel) and she asks me about who I’m dating since we’re pals. And say thank you to my country for having equal rights, and gay marriage. So thanks, mom and dad, work and Canada! And I truly hope one day everyone has my reality, because we all deserve it.

I adore how CC takes her time to think before answering questions. The pauses are just as important as the dialogue. She feels so sincere and I totally believe her efforts for equality are from a place of love. Thanks CC for even wanting to become more educated about this..Love right back to you! You amaze me..
