UPDATE: McMillen sues Itawamba School District, others after “fake” prom
ABERDEEN – A federal lawsuit seeking money for damages was filed today by a lesbian student thwarted in her attempts to attend her high school prom. Constance McMillen’s attorneys also ask the court to declare that her rights to freedom of expression were violated.
